Resolution of the Municipality of Lefkoniko
The Municipality of Lefkoniko expresses its regret and indignation for the denial by the occupation authorities to allow the inhabitants of the occupied town to hold the Divine Liturgy at the recently restored church of Archangel Michael in Lefkoniko.
It is self-contradictory rhetoric to obtain funds available from the European Union to renovate churches and in the end for them not to be allowed to function as places of worship.
